Buffalo Wild Wings launched BWW GO, a delivery-first and takeout-focused version of the brand designed for fast, convenient orders. But while BWW was already known for wings and sports culture, the challenge was to shift perception and drive online orders for BWW GO—especially for its burger range, which consumers didn’t associate with the brand. Traditional ads weren’t enough to change behaviour. BWW needed mass awareness and action, powered by social proof that could prove crave appeal and push users to order.

BWW partnered with SHOUT to launch a cross-tier creator campaign that drove both reach and conversions. We activated 320 creators across four performance tiers to deliver a mix of scale, authenticity, and influence.

Creators focused on mouthwatering burger content built for TikTok and Instagram—mixing food entertainment with direct ordering cues. Content formats included:

• First-bite reaction videos
• Crave tests and “rate my order” clips
• Wings vs. burgers challenges
• Convenience-focused ordering walkthroughs
• Game night & watch party order moments

With every post driving to “Order now from BWW GO”, the campaign delivered both awareness and action—putting BWW burgers at the centre of TikTok food culture and sending traffic directly into online ordering funnels.

TikTok Shop needed to drive real commercial action—not just views. The goal was clear: move users from watch → add to cart → checkout. But TikTok is a content-first platform, and traditional e-commerce ads don’t work. If content feels like a sales pitch, users scroll past instantly. To win, TikTok Shop needed to sell without feeling like selling—turning product discovery into entertainment with proof, relevance, and trust at scale.

SHOUT built a performance UGC engine for TikTok Shop using authentic creators and conversion-first content formats that still felt native to TikTok. We activated 327 creators and deployed seasonally relevant product pushes—focusing on trending categories like beauty, home gadgets, health, gifting, and tech.

Instead of polished ads, we used interactive formats proven to drive clicks and conversions:

• “I found this so you don’t have to” product reviews
• Live try-ons and unboxings
• Problem → solution demos
• Side-by-side comparisons
• Honest reactions + social proof hooks

Every video was built with intentional CTAs, driving users naturally from content to cart. The result? 51 million views and a high volume of qualified shoppers driven to checkout—proving TikTok Shop could convert at scale when commerce is powered by real creators, not ads.

In our collaboration with Hey Dude for a two-month activation, SHOUT Agency set out to achieve a specific goal: to generate authentic, engaging content that would drive positive sentiment, enhance brand awareness, and increase traffic to Hey Dude’s UK website. Central to our strategy was the concept of authenticity, ensuring that every piece of content resonated genuinely with the audience.

Each selected creator received a pair of Hey Dude shoes, not just as a gift, but as a cornerstone for creating sincere and relatable content. This approach allowed creators to naturally integrate the product into their lives, showcasing the shoes’ style, comfort, and versatility in a way that felt personal and genuine.

To maintain the authenticity and relevance of the content, we meticulously paired creators with concepts that aligned seamlessly with their unique TikTok page styles, personal interests, hobbies, and even their educational pursuits. This careful matching ensured that each piece of content was not only true to the creator’s personality but also to the essence of the Hey Dude brand.

The campaign resulted in a series of authentic, engaging TikTok's that not only showcased the style and versatility of Hey Dude shoes but also fostered a genuine connection between the brand and the audience. By focusing on real-life integration and personal storytelling, the campaign successfully enhanced educational awareness about the brand and drove significant traffic to Hey Dude’s UK site.
